Amy Carver

Amy Carver joined the Office of Business and Financial Planning in April of 2022.  Amy performs specialized financial and budget reconciliation, analysis and reporting for the Financial Planning Office as well as the Chancellor’s Office. She assists in the development and preparation of the Kansas Board of Regents (KBOR) annual tuition proposal as well as coordinates the preparation of the Comprehensive Fee Schedule. She is responsible for preparing proposals and reports to the KBOR and BEA throughout the year.  She also manages JCERT Revenue Tracking for KU Edwards and KU Medical Center and prepares revenue reports of State Sales Tax Revenues.  Amy manages the financial process related to all university contract programs.  She also gathers data, prepares, and analyzes other financial reports as requested including continuing bond disclosures and financial planning models.

Prior to KU, Amy was the budget coordinator for the creative division as well as financial analyst for several business units within Hallmark Cards Inc. in Kansas City.  She has also worked in education as a registrar.  She has a degree in finance and a MBA with a concentration in finance from Kansas State University.
